Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Striders Sports. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How It Works

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@striderssports.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will then provide detailed return instructions.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Important Shipping Instructions (READ CAREFULLY)

To ensure eligibility for a full refund, the return shipment must be declared correctly:

  • Shipment must be marked as: “Returned Goods”
  • Declared value must be below €10
  • Description should state: “Customer Return – No Commercial Value”

Failure to follow these instructions may result in import duties, taxes, or handling fees.

👉 Any such fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
  • Refund amount = order value minus any applicable fees (if incurred due to incorrect return declaration)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer laws.

However, return shipping and proper customs declaration remain the responsibility of the customer, and any incurred fees may be deducted from the refund.
