At Striders Sports, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within clear and fair guidelines.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email support@striderssports.com with:


  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds are issued only after the item(s) are received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:


  • Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use may be rejected
Promotional & Bundle Orders (Including Buy 1 Get 1 Free)

Orders placed under a promotion, bundle, or Buy One Get One Free offer are considered one combined purchase.

➡️ Partial returns are not accepted

➡️ All items included in the promotion must be returned together

It is not possible to return one item from a promotional bundle while keeping another item that was provided free or at a discount.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Shipping Issues, Failed Deliveries & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been successfully dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Please note:


  • We are not responsible for lost, returned, or undelivered packages due to customer neglect, including:


    Failure to collect a parcel after delivery attempts


    Failure to respond to carrier notifications


    Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout



  • If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, any refund or reshipment will be assessed only after the parcel is physically received and inspected

Carrier statements or tracking updates alone do not constitute confirmation of return.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions:


  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Promotional bundles must be returned in full

  • Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
